Expanding beyond the walls of the classroom, this course supports learning about the world - including its diverse peoples, lands, waters and air - through both critique and strength-based perspectives. Learning with and from other people and the planet itself, students will unpack today's most pressing social and ecological challenges, while imagining futures of possibility, joy, and regeneration. The course will support educators interested in taking up indigenous, Afrocentric, relational, and other non-Western pedagogies to bring about new worlds.
