This course explores Indigenous knowledge systems, land-based methodologies, and relationality in health and wellness. Grounded in Indigenous wholistic theory, students will examine traditional healing practices, the Social Determinants of Health through an Indigenous lens, and the interconnectedness of land, family, community, and ancestry in fostering balance across spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical well-being.
