Exclusion(s): Unavailable to students with credit for LEGL397. The course acquaints the student with the law that affects the relationship between employees and employers in unionized and non-unionized workplaces. The course content includes a review of the legal issues associated with the hiring process, issues during the course of employment and issues at the termination of the employment relationship.
