This course draws upon work by Indigenous and nonindigenous authors, extensive cases written by First Nation, Metis and Inuit students and practitioners with supporting video to provide first-person, Indigenous voice. The course explores pre and post contact trade, Treaty and land ownership, organizational governance and business structures, partnerships, taxation, marketing and resource development. This course is not intended for first-year students.
