Exclusion(s): Unavailable to students with credit for BUSS464. Exploration of issues arising from diversity and inclusion efforts within organizations, including decolonization, bias and reflexivity, and identification of practices that facilitate the efective management of diversity and inclusion. Students will learn about the nuances of intersecting identities and their own position in relation to power and privilege in the workplace, and they will gain a deeper understanding of the histories of oppression.
