This course concentrates on the infrastructure and facilities which enable the logistical systems required for the unencumbered distribution of goods, services, and information. The course will focus on a wide range of issues surrounding transportation, facilities management, inventory, information systems, order processing, and customer satisfaction among others. Through diverse teaching methods, this course aims to enable students understand the workings and complexities involved in the global sourcing of these goods across an international network.
