Exclusion(s): Unavailable to students with credit for NUTR101. This course gives a broad overview of nutrition with a special emphasis placed on Cape Breton. Topics include the history, psychology, economics, sociology, elementary chemistry and elementary biology of nutrition. Includes discussion of ways good nutrition can be obtained economically.
