Exclusion(s): Unavailable to students with credit for PUBH211. Students will become acquainted with the legal process associated with environmental and public health issues. The course includes an overview of legislation and case law associated with environmental and public health issues. The process of enforcement of legislation and defence of alleged violations is included in the course content.
