This course will provide an overview of the fundamentals of project management and an introduction to the areas of quality management and environmental management. Various concepts, including budgeting, time management, resource allocation, organizational behaviour and interpersonal skills, quality systemes and metrics, environmental auditing, decision-making processes and analysis of RfPs will be examined. Project management and its role in public health applications and in the environmental sector will be discussed. .
