This course will provide an overview of the fundamentals of project management and an introduction to the areas of quality management in health care settings. Various concepts, including budgeting, time management, resource allocation, risk management, collaboration and public participation in project management will be examined. Project management and its role in the health sector and environmental sector will be discussed.
