This advanced-level course in Occupational Health and Safety provides students with in-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety management concepts, with a focus on accident theories, organizational behaviour, leadership, and the various other health and safety systems and committees available in todays workplace. Topics covered will include but not be limited to process and conflict management, accident philosophies, safety program analysis and design, and other aspects of safety management theory.
