CHEM 1011
Concepts in Chemistry I
Lec 01 and Lab B01 selected
The electronic structures of atoms and molecules are used to explain the reactivity and properties of chemicals. Topics include atomic structure, bonding models, structure and shape of molecules and ions, and an introduction to reactivity and equilibrium. It is strongly recommended that students have Nova Scotia grade 12 chemistry or equivalent before taking this course. COORDINATOR: A. Crane
