This course deals with project management, construction administration, bidding procedures, cost controls, planning and execution of Civil and Environmental infrastructure projects. The course also covers planning and scheduling techniques such as MS Project, CPM and PERT. The course also presents basic methods of estimation for infrastructure projects plus emerging technologies relevant to the construction industry.
