This course is designed to provide Civil and Environmental Engineering students with knowledge related to professional practice in Civil and Environmental Engineering. The course is designed to incorporate elements of Engineers Canada National Professional Practice Exam. Lectures and case studies will be used to discuss topics such as professionalism in Civil and Environmental Engineering, ethics, professional practice, law and safety. Oral and written communication skills will be emphasized through report writing, essays, and presentations.
