The Sexton Leader Practical Experience must be completed along with Sexton Leader workshops (ENGI 8001-8005) before graduation in order to receive the Sexton Leader Certificate. This certificate aims to provide professional leadership training aimed specifically at engineering graduates as they enter the industrial workforce. The practical experience component of the certificate aims to provide students with hands-on leadership experience in an industry setting.
