Accelerated Beginner German

GERM 1010 is a six-credit German language course for beginners only, and no previous German knowledge is required. Students with prior knowledge of German are requested to consult with the undergraduate advisor for placement. This course is equivalent to GERM 1003 and GERM 1004. The course emphasizes the spoken language, and provides the student with a thorough knowledge of basic grammar.
