Health Systems Workforce Management applies the principles of human resource management to individuals and teams within the health care system. This course examines the manager role in motivating and supporting teams within diverse health environments. The course will include an examination of the manager role in effectively motivating and supporting health care delivery teams using introductory principles of human resource management.
