This course will focus on methods of analysis in qualitative research. Following a brief review of qualitative methodology, analysis methods will be examined and applied from researcher position, philosophy, and assumptions to procedures and presentation. The course will focus on the application of qualitative methods congruent with methodological approach, centering on reflexive thematic analysis and introducing additional approaches. This course is ideal for students who are completing or wish to complete a qualitative research-based degree or degree component, or who work or wish to work in qualitative research.
