LAWS 2301

This one credit intensive course will provide theoretical, critical, practical and experiential learning relating to the practice of interviewing from a client-centred perspective. The course will examine, among other things, client-centred and trauma-informed approaches to interviewing and counselling with a focus on building productive relationships. The course will look at how lawyers can develop culturally sensitive interviewing practices.
