Productive and Multi-Cultural Teams. The focus of this PD offering is to prepare MM students for participating in productive teams. Skill development is relevant to group projects associated with graduate courses and the teams in the workplace. Over 8-10 sessions students will be introduced to topics such as: strengths-based leadership, emotional intelligence, team building frameworks / strategies / tools, reflective practice and goal setting, giving / receiving feedback, intercultural communication and building inclusive communities. One session related to career development (Networking) will be offered.
