Students will examine decision-making strategies and tools to assess performance and make management decisions. Students will assess record keeping options for farms and use records to analyze key aspects of farm performance and profitability, incorporating knowledge acquired over the course and their program into their decision-making processes. They will also use case studies and financial data to benchmark performance and to analyze a farm's ability to meet production targets.
