MTHA 1000

Topics will include functions and their inverses, limits, differentiation of polynomial, trigonometric, exponential and logarithmic functions, product and quotient rules, and implicit differentiation, with applications to curve sketching, maxima and minima problems, and velocity and acceleration problems. This course also includes an introduction to anti-derivatives and applications of the definite integral to a variety of problems.
