PHAR 1073

Skills Lab 1 is the first of 8 skills lab courses in the curriculum. Students will explore the legal, ethical and practical aspects of pharmacy practice and discuss safe and effective practices within pharmacy workflow. Students will learn fundamental frameworks and skills necessary for effective communication in pharmacy practice, including patient interviewing and over-the-counter medication consultations. Students will learn and demonstrate proficiency in Medical Terminology.
