PHAR 4082

This twelve-week clinical rotation focuses on the provision of patient care in a community pharmacy practice setting offering a full scope of pharmacy services to further refine students’ clinical skills in preparation to enter independent practice. Students will provide safe and effective, patient focused and evidence-informed care under the supervision of a pharmacist preceptor to a variety of patients presenting with acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan. Students are required to travel to sites outside the Halifax area and are responsible for all associated costs.
