This course will focus on risk management within the public sector, designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills to analyze, assess, and manage risks in public organizations. It explores various approaches to risk, including those from different disciplines like psychology, sociology, and anthropology, and emphasizes holistic risk frameworks. The course will help students classify risks as Complex, Uncertain, or Ambiguous and understand the consequences of such classifications with respect to governance.
