RSPT 3012

This course will consist of two modules; the first being a seminar/lecture series during the first few weeks of the Fall semester and the second being a five week full-time clinical application program. Students will integrate and apply theories and skills in the neonatal and pediatric environment under the guidance of skilled preceptors. Students will be assigned to diverse clinical areas including Neonatal Intensive Care, Pediatric Intensive Care, Birth Unit, Emergency Department, and General Wards. Students may be assigned to clinical experiences during day, night, or weekend shifts. Students may be required to travel outside the metro area at their own expense.
