This is the final in a stream of medicine and nursing course designed to enable the student to grasp cognitively the principles and practices of veterinary medical, surgical, emergency/critical care, and related topics. In conjunction with other courses in the veterinary technology program and the related internship and externships these courses equip the graduate to perform entry level clinical tasks in the veterinary practice workplace.
