This course provides an opportunity for students to apply kinesiology classroom knowledge and theory in practice. This is one of two required fieldwork courses for the Post-Degree Diploma in Kinesiology. During the lecture portion of the course, students learn foundational knowledge and skills relevant to the profession of kinesiologist. Within their field placement, students are paired with a practicing kinesiologist. In this setting, students apply foundational knowledge learned in lectures, and practice and refine foundational skills learned in lecture. Field placements take place outside of scheduled class hours.
