A systematic review of the gut microbiome including dietary effects, sampling methods and sequencing techniques as well as bioinformatic and statistical analysis of diversity and composition of gut microbes in agricultural animals, pets and fish. Offered in conjunction with ANSC*4060. Extra work is required for graduate students.
