This course will examine the physiological processes that enable animals to live within a diverse range of environments. With a focus on respiratory, cardiovascular, osmoregulatory and digestive physiological processes, the lectures will examine the underlying molecular and cellular events that mediate physiological processes and contribute to whole animal homeostasis.
