EDUC 3100
Nonviolence Education
Lec A10 selected
In a world marked by violence in systemic, epistemic, and affective forms, educators are called to cultivate practices that disarm, rehumanize, and heal. This course explores nonviolence as a critical and generative educational praxis. Drawing from diverse philosophical, cultural, Indigenous and Eastern traditions, the course invites students to explore how nonviolence can transform domains of curriculum, pedagogy, and educational life. Through interdisciplinary readings, autobiographical and reflective writing, and experiential learning, students will examine how nonviolence can reshape educational vision, relationships, and structures.
