FASN 3220

Students will explore contemporary and emergent sustainable apparel industry practices of innovative apparel design and production techniques. They will research the development of these practices and determine their applications for design, manual and computer-aided-design (CAD) pattern making, and manufacturing. Students will experiment with Zero Waste fashion design methods, specialized pattern techniques, three-dimensional (3D) design applications, and material manipulations in the creation of apparel.
