Students will develop a curiosity and awareness about the cultural world beyond their immediate environment through engagement with intercultural, Indigenous and anti-racist perspectives. They will recognize their own and others’ perspectives while developing a commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion in personal and organizational contexts. Through experiential learning and ePortfolio-based assessment students will reflect critically on their classroom and personal experience to create a personal development roadmap.
