Interested in learning about yourself and others? In this course, students learn about influential personality theories, considering their historical, cultural, and personal contexts, and analyzing their contributions and weaknesses. They explore a variety of perspectives on individual differences and review research involving personality theory and assessments in work and personal contexts. Through readings, dynamic lectures, collaborative group discussions, personality analysis, and peer presentations, students gain knowledge of personal growth and development via self awareness, personality stability and change.
