Health and Healing 1: Fundamentals of Mental Health Nursing

Students will explore the concepts of mental health nursing through the examination of historical, social, cultural and political influences regarding mental health and wellness. They will examine the role of a mental health professional as a therapeutic agent. Students will also develop an understanding of their role in mental health.
