(3 Credits) 3 Blended, Lecture, Online hours This course examines advanced management accounting practices designed to help managers formulate and implement new strategies, motivate and evaluate organizational performance, and achieve operational excellence. This course emphasizes current management accounting practices within a variety of business environments using a case approach. These practices include the theory of constraints, activity-based management, cost-based decision making, and the balanced scorecard.
