Human Conception

(3 Credits) 3 Lecture hours This course explores what is known and not known about the science of human conception. From sperm meets egg to embryo implantation in the uterus, it will cover current topics such as fertility, artificial reproductive technologies (e.g. in vitro fertilization, sperm donation), and stem cell medicine. Note: This course cannot be used as a General Science Option.
