BIOL 5201

(3 credits) 6 hours lab This course provides the student with the opportunity to do real biological scholarship. The student will be expected to design and complete a project of their choosing in an area of biology under the guidance of a faculty supervisor. The project results will be presented as a paper and an oral seminar to the department. (After consultation with a departmental faculty member who will supervise the project, permission to take the course must be obtained from the department chair.)
