(3 Credits) 1 Lecture hour, 2 Tutorial hours (formerly COMM 3405) This course introduces students to multimedia content strategy and content creation.This class uses experiential learning methods to understand concepts by requiring students to post social media content, develop web writing skills and use a Content Management system to post and manage content for the Broadcast Media Studies website: CMRU.caIn addition, this course also provides students the opportunity to showcase their individual storytelling skills and incorporates a studio-based production to showcase student produced content.
