(3 Credits) 3 Lecture hours This course gives students an understanding of the varied landscape of media ownership, content distribution and related Canadian legislation. Factors such as new technology and challenging economic environments will be examined. Students will develop their own production funding pitch which integrates the course content in an experiential learning project.
