CHEM 5200

(3 credits) 6 hours lab In this course, students will apply their training in research and chemistry to assist community partner(s) to gain problem-solving insights. Working closely with the community partner(s), students will develop and execute a research program and report findings. Through involvement with the community partner(s), students will gain real-world experience and understand the relevance of chemistry in the world around them. This course is the culmination of the community service learning component of the General Chemistry concentration in the Chemistry B.Sc.
