(3 Credits) 3 Lecture hours Students will be introduced to leadership fundamentals, including why leadership matters, what leadership means, who leadership is for and how leadership skills can be developed in the unique role of leaders in human service programs. Students will explore theories and practices of leadership, how to team build, manage change and collaborate with others.
