Computer Architecture and Operating Systems

Lec 001 and Lab 501 selected

(3 Credits) 3 Lecture hours, 1 Laboratory hour This course covers fundamental hardware and system software topics. Hardware including CPU architecture and computer organization is studied first. Then students explore the inner workings of operating systems, including file systems, process scheduling, concurrency, and memory management.
