HIST 1100

(3 credits) 1.5 hours lecture, 1.5 hours tutorial All History majors must take this course during their first ten courses in the program (or as soon as possible after a student declares a major in History). Lectures introduce major historical themes, topics, and categories of analysis, while tutorials focus on skills development through interactive assignments and discussion. Note: Registration is limited to students enrolled in the BA. (History).
