Foundations of Outdoor Leadership

(3 Credits) 3 Blended, Lecture, Online hours This course will survey the history, philosophy, rationale, benefits and recreational opportunities of outdoor leadership. Students will become familiar with the organization, governance and scope of outdoor leadership. Participation requires one weekend outtrip. Section information text: Overnight off-campus field trip September 25-26.
