(3 Credits) 3 Lecture hours This course provides students with an understanding of how HR professionals effectively identify, guide, and implement changes within an organization. Topics include: change agents, barriers to change, and employee communication strategies during times of transition. Students will explore the concept of coaching employees through transitions, and effectively aligning change to an organization's strategic intent.
