(3 credits) 3 hours lecture This seminar course supports small student group investigation and dialogue into specific advanced building science principles and material properties. Students will explore and integrate current building science guidelines and issues, including Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), green design, energy, Sick Building Syndrome (SBS), Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), and acoustics into built environments.
