(3 credits) 3 hours lecture (formerly JOUR 3709) Student journalists in this course, in the context of their work with the journalism program’s newsroom, will continue to develop their reporting and copy editing skills while considering more formally the role of editors, as well as practicing an array of writing styles, such as long-form features, in-depth profiles, editorial and personal column writing.
