(3 Credits) 3 Lecture, Blended, Online hours (formerly LSCM 4407) This course provides an overview of the basic principles of interest-based bargaining and project management. The first part of the course will focus on the basics of interest-based bargaining and how those skills can be applied to supply chain management in a global environment. The second part of the course focuses on the input/output tools and techniques necessary to take a project from inception to completion. The students will also learn how to operate project management software for budgeting and scheduling purposes.
