MATH 1205

(3 Credits) 3 Lecture hours This course introduces the student to the skills of problem solving and critical thinking. Students are also exposed to some of the history, philosophy, ideas, and people in mathematics. An emphasis is placed on applications of mathematics to everyday life. Note: This course cannot be used as a General Science Option.
